Does anybody know if the Funimation network is going to dub ALL of the episodes and movies? 'Cause if they do, kudos to them...if not...well, let's just say that the staff and network will need some serious FBI protection. Thanks everyone!
shareThey dubbed the first 5 seasons a few years ago when it was on Adult Swim. When Adult Swim dropped it they stopped. It's probably safe to assume, now that the DVDs are being released, they'll continue the dub as long as the sales are profitable. Lame answer, but it's the best answer you're going to get. FUNimation hasn't announced anything yet.
shareSomeone on the Funimation forums asked Brina Palencia( voice of Anita in the game) if she had dubbed any episodes. She has not. This means that they have not dubbed any of Season Six, considering Anita shows up in the first episode of Season Six.
shareI've had some questions about wether she did start her role as Anita(aka Ai Haibara) or not for the anime. But now I know for sure.
A real shame cause Season 6 is when the series gets good. I keep trying to convince other people about it too, but a lot of them don't bother to find the time to watch episodes that haven't been released in America yet like I do.
For now I'll wait to hear about later news about the faith of this anime's future in America.
Do you know if they'll still be airing episodes though? And I really do hope they continue with dubbing the seasons.
