How far is the anime into the manga?

How far is the anime compared to the manga? Like I think there are about 536 episodes out and the are almost 700 chapters of the manga. Im off and on with watching the anime. Im at chapter 270 in the manga. Im trying to watch the anime from the begining again by getting the season sets. But before I restarted, I was probably on ep 150 or so. But usually it is about 3 chapters in the manga to finish one case. Thats the usual but sometimes its 4, 5, 6, etc..., but that would mean that there would be atleast 1500 manga chapters, so Im guessing there are a lot of original episodes that are not based on the manga. But if youw ere to go by what chapter of the manga the anime is on, what would it be? If anyone can tell me, I'd highly appreciate it. Thanks!
