Last season I saw from Detective Conan was S5 so I have a question.
Does Conan ever catch Kaito Kid cos last time I checked he still haven't.

As far as the anime goes, Conan hasn't caught Kaito Kid yet (he's come close a few times). The series is at about episode 566 (fansubbed).
The new Detective Conan movie coming out in April is focused on Kaito Kid! I believe it's the 14th movie and won't be available with fansub translations until late in the year or the beginning of 2011.
