I started watching Case Closed Back in like 03 when I saw it on Adult Swim. Its a great show and I love it, the only way I was able to watch the show was on Catoonnetwork's Adult Swim. I honestly tried thousands of times to find a place to get the season DVDs, or even find a place on the web to watch the show ( I still am)I thought there was only a couple season of the show, so I got on here to find a little information out and became shocked!!! 20 fugging seasons and its still on!!!!! *SWEET* Get it Case Closed!!

It out lived the other common anime made in the 90s to the 2000s.

But yeah, you're in the same boat as everyone else who try to see the whole series by import DVDs or fansubs.

Even I'm continuiously watching the anime, and will take a while to see them all.

Every anime dub company has had their own way of dubbing anime. Depending on how long the recording sessions are.

It be nice if it were given more popularity if more people knew it exsisted. Cause half the people I see on non-anime websites don't even know it exsists.

I wish that they dubbers pick up the series again!
Too bad that the series is too "grotesque" for the U.S. public.
Right now, there are almost 500 episodes!

As far as i could tell the only network that is showing Case Closed is Funimation Channel.

I suspect this is also why they decided to skip 3 very important episodes: "The last dive" "The Book Without Pages" and the golf mystery episode for a two-part cliffhanger called "No Immunity For The Diplomat, Part I & No Immunity For The Diplomat, Part II" season finale. When the suggestion that this would bring more viewers failed Adult Swim abandoned the program and it turned into an endless cycle of Season 1 and 2 reruns until it disappeared and went on the network i mentioned from previous post.

However, if you buy Case Closed Season 2 Box Set you get to see these unaired episodes.

They sub each episode practically the week after it airs in Japan. They're a little behind (592 is the most recent subbed episode) but it's still going on smoothly.
