deleted scene in ending?

In the Buttercup video at the end it shows Brett trying to take off Warren's headphones, but Warren attacks him. Was this meant to be an outtake or a deleted scene? I was disappointed it wasn't in the extended version. I'm assuming this is where Mary realizes Ted is really the one. If it was initally in the movie anyway.

I was thinking the same thing. I have scoured the internet about this scene, and have found absolutely nothing about it. I guess they thought that scene would kill the swerve wheb she told him he had forgotten his keys.

The thing is full of moments that don't appear in the movie, just like Stiller getting a shoulder rub from his therapist. That's all it is, fun at the end of the movie. Not some kind of secret society handshake, or anything.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, and a silly scene that didn't appear is just people having fun.

yeah, think the idea was that Warren was tackling/sacking Brett. Can't remember if Ted's still in the room for that but maybe it was just for fun and not supposed to be part of the story
