No scar on shoulder?
OK. This is the part that really confused me. Does anyone have a clue why Col. Ives / F.W. Colqhoun did not have any marks on his left shoulder? I do remember Boyd having shot him.

Yes, very true. Just look at how eating human flesh cured Ives of Tuberculosis, Colonel Hart of his life-threatening wounds and Captain Boyd of his injuries.
