His acting was mostly good throughout the movie, however I thought some of it was cringeworthy... especially the funeral scene when he has his head ont he coffin and saying "I'm sorry honey".... sounded so fake! That's just a example, otherwise most of his acting very good in the comedic and serious scenes...
sharei thought he showed bad acting when he reacted to his roommate in the mental institution freaking out. It was a strange delayed reaction.
shareI'm really sick of Robin Williams. I loved his "genius" monologues in the 1980's, but he's grown so tiresome to watch at this point. And when he plays anything remotely serious, he gets this predictible, horn-like, nasal timbre in his voice...very affected, with a pseudo-sensitive tone.
I'm only watching this film now, for the first time, to catch PSH in it. RIP.
