This plot is the same as a Christopher Reeves movies of the 80s.

SPOILER Because I am a Alan Rickman fan, I have all his movies. But I was amazed to watch this movie, thinking, "I've seen it before." Seems I have a Christopher Reeves movie made on Long Island in the 80s with the same plot. They have to get rid of the wife so they can be together. What was the name of that movie?

The Christopher Reeve movie was called "Deathtrap". I immediately thought of that movie, too, when watching Dark Harbor. I enjoyed and own them both.

It's so funny how many movies are built on the backs of others. Saw a movie the other night that used the theme from Clint Eastwood's "A Fistful of dollars", yet it was one about a housewife. then of course, the baby carriage bumping down the steps in "Battleship Potemkin" was also done in a FBI movie, taking place in Grand Central Station.

Well A Fistful of Dollars is a remake of Yojimbo, so the list goes on...

True. It all goes back to the original films. And those were based on books so...
