Some truth to the movie...

I have only watched a part of the movie and it has intrigued me though it may disturb me greatly too.

I have mental conditions and am recovering from serious problems. Just FYI.

I've lived the part where the crazies are locked up in jail and the guards and police are indifferent and intolerant of the inmates and even doing harm (non-physical anyway). Police and jail guards have to have this psychological behavior to do their job but mental illness inmates have to be handled differently as well as the physically disabled, but aren't (yet anyway).

We are not given care or counseling while in the county jail and treated harshly and in turn it makes our conditions far worse. I was a basket case while in jail. I got a lot better long afterward but it took time to get better, it was a low point in my life.

Anyway, this part of the movie is no fantasy. I am beginning to feel that some jails might treat NT's (Neural Typical or "sane") in a similar way too, but I assume not except maybe the Iraq prisoners!
