Yes...this is a brand new show with the exact same premise and name that you had over a decade ago. Way to kick 90s Nick in the face. but at least it's nice to see Nickelodeon is trying to bring back/make shows that don't suck.

It's a revival on today's Nickelodeon mostly for today's kids
Todays kids are way too young to remember the original or weren't even conceived yet.
That's why it's being referred to as a 'brand new show'
I understand why they promoted it as a new show. It's all for marketing. They know it's a revival.
To those of us who are old enough to remember the original, yes, it's not brand new. BUT the kids that Nick caters to now probably don't remember the original, or were too young to watch it.
