When Mike says 'Whose gonna want you now?!' to Amanda?

I never understood this part...obviously everyone wanted Amanda at that point because she was smoking hot, yet she has no response to Mike and no guy says anything.

She does say "Somebody," and I don't think any guy says anything because the room was heated.

Mike was an idiot... he was trying to convince himself more than anyone else that no one would want her. He messed up, got rejected when trying to get her back, and had to defend a fat ego/pride from deflating.
