Can anyone tell me the name of the Asian female pianist who played the
tune 'Quick' in the film?

The Japanese female pianist who played "Quick" is Junko Onishi.

I havent seen the video but I know Junko Onishi and she plays amazing. If you like her style try to puck up her album with Jackie McLean, you wont regret it:). Her dates at the Vilage Vanguard must be good to.
