Never seen it
But it sounds oscar-worthy!

It´s not one of John Waters´ best flicks but it´s a nice little independant movie with a lot of charme.
shareAnd it was the WORST movie I have ever seen. I felt dirty and ashamed after watching it. Everyone says that John Waters has this great artistic vision, but doesn't anyone realize that every word and action is forced and absolutely unreal? The dialogue and human interaction was SO fake in a way that it was not funny or charming. From the opening scene to the final cut, this entire piece of crap was garbage. John Waters should be ashamed of this waste of celluloid and quit with the "artsy" trash that he is going for. His attempt for anti-establishment uniqueness comes off as trying way too hard. His message of being different would be much more effective if he had any talent. Oh, and saying that it is oscar-worthy should be a sin.
shareI guess I should take heart from the above message, which shows that Waters is finally reaching an audience including people who should never ever watch more than tv movies. I hope that translates into Waters making flicks more often.

ingmarsvenson, if pecker made you feel dirty and ashamed, i can only recommend that you watch Pasolini`s Salo... it should cleanse your palate after watching this "artsy trash" Personally, the film cracks me up every time i watch it. And yes, pubic hair IS the cause of all crime
shareI just saw it today and I thought it was pretty funny.

Parsolinis Salo seems to have a lot of nudity.
