Ditto. I thought the same thing when I saw her in The People Vs. Larry Flynt - she had genuine talent and a legit screen presence, but... Well. Anyone who's ever seen her MySpace or Twitter rants knows that she's basically a walking "Don't Do Drugs" ad!
It's a shame.

In the movie "The Peoples VS Larry Flynt" when she dance at the beginning she's so skinny, you don't see much meat only muscles and tendons... She should spiff up a little

She was pretty cute in Man on the Moon though. I was really surprised the first time I saw it. I said to myself "Is that really Courtney Love? I never thought I'd say it but, She's Hot....Who knew!?".
