Terrible script

I watched it a long time ago and decided to watch it again, but this time I saw all the problems. The script was written like cliff notes in WIKI. It was filled with bad expositions through Danny Devito's character. Everything was written like they had to explain everything that was going on historical.

Jim Carey was not that good, besides somewhat looking like him. He over did everything just enough so it looked like piss poor acting. What was with the jar? It was like Carey doing caricature of Kauffman, rather than playing it truthfully. If you watch the ACTUAL skits that the movie is based on, you will a huge difference between how Kauffman ACTUALLY behaved compared how Carey overdid it.... more like impersonation than BEING Andy. Carey almost made Andy unlikable.
