Electronic Devices at the Desk

Have yet to understand why Sunny, Joy and Sara feel they can't leave their phones in their dressing rooms. Sunny says she has kids and they need to get in touch with her. Joy said she needs to get news updates. Like Whoopi said, the show pays people to provide the latter to them. And also as Whoopi said, it's rude. Electronic devices, although great, have contributed to our not talking to each other face to face. Practically everywhere I go, the majority of people who are sitting with each other have their heads in their phone and not talking to each other. Why go out to dinner with someone & spend the majority of the time texting and/or taking pics of their meal. OK.. Yeah I'm old school & will get off my soapbox. ☺️
