I watched 45 last night - impressed that he behaved himself, but not impressed with his message, which I found rather divisive once again. "Me against you".
I'm impressed you had the strength to listen, DD! I've been weakened by cravings for sanity, substance. And a face that isn't so punch-able.
LOL! I enjoyed seeing the Dems sit on their hands and not cheer him. I wish someone had the gall to yell out 'You Liar!' or 'You Racist!' - but they're too classy.
I have to say - I wish they picked someone better for the Democratic response. They had the former KY governor, sitting in a diner giving an OK speech. Seemed obviously staged, and insincere.

Did anyone see Stephen Colbert last night? I thought HIS response to Trump's speech hit the nail on the head.
Also, did anyone see The View today? The women talked about Trump exploiting the widow of the slain Navy seal while NOT taking responsibility for the failed mission. Also, FINALLY mentioned the shootings and killing in Kansas? Theater. He didn't reach out to the families but he used them and their grief to play a part last night. Disgusting.
