Trump responds.

Donald Trump responded to the father calling for an investigation of his Navy Seal son's death in a Yemen military raid, with Trump expressing sympathy for the service member's family but defending the mission as one "that started before I got here."

If Trump's lips are moving, you know he's lying. The military advised against this raid citing "inadequate intel, back-up plans, and ground support." Trump ordered the mission to proceed anyway. Because he wanted to be perceived as a TOUGH GUY, a WINNER, and he wanted BRAGGING RIGHTS. He lied after having gone to Dover, saying he met "with the amazing family", when in truth, Owens' father refused to meet with him. And he's lying now when he says the mission was a success, because it wasn't.

Luckily for Trump, those with Narcissistic Personality Disorder feel no empathy and no shame, so this death won't affect him at all. But the military needs to be vigilant of the BRAGGERT In CHIEF, a man who is more than willing to send our best into harms way in the hopes he can strut around like a barnyard rooster.

There needs to be an internal investigation for this mission, with an independent prosecutor. As a matter of fact, Congress needs to start hiring an army of 'independent' prosecutors to start investigating every single thing which seems questionable for Trump - and spend billions of dollars, just like they did on Benghazi.

That's the spirit! The pushback against Trump should be as wimpy and ineffectual as it was against Obama. Then maybe he could serve out two terms without any chance of his being impeached, and no matter what his administration did, they could get showboaters to do the investigation, throw a lot of heat and not much light onto the situation, and then walk away to the cheers of the adoring mob saying, "Well, I guess my job here is done!" -- and nothing ever happen. Just like they did on Benghazi. Or "Fast and Furious." Or anything else Obama did where people died.

You said it, Doggie. We're going to need so many independent prosecutors and have to hope they're cheaper by the dozen.

LOL Cheaper by the dozen.

If the GOP-led Congress gave half the hearings into the CIA/NSA reports that a foreign country interfered with our election as they put into the GOP-led Congress' investigations into Benghazi & Fast & Furious, then we'd still have thousands of hours to work with.

And that doesn't include the investigations they need to Follow The Money. The payments, money laundering, donations & outright bribes that China, the Saudis, the Russians & even the Iranians gave to tRump, his now-defunct foundation, his campaign & to his businesses. We need to see Trump's tax returns. He lied when he told America that we couldn't view them 'because he's being audited.' And we don't even know if he was lying about being audited.

"The American people need to know if their President is a crook . . . " ~ Richard Nixon.

Cheaper by the dozen. LOL
