This must be crazy Plaintiff week (1/29)

Just got around to watching Friday's episode. That guy was such a dumbass, thinking he could get the money back for the iPhone and keep it as well.

2 days after he buys it, Apple tells him it's been blacklisted because it's a stolen phone. Even after that, he goes to someone to try and unlock it, which I'd assume would be done in some illegal way since it's been established the phone was already blacklisted by Apple. This guy clearly had no problem doing things in a not-so-legal way, but he wants everyone to help him get his money back.

Seeing JM yell at him when he said her ruling was bullsh*t was a great end to the case. And I hope he lives really far away so he'd have to spend a lot of money getting the phone and coming back to bring the phone there personally. In the end he didn't return it, so I guess it cost too much to get the phone there in 24 hours, or maybe the whole nephew thing was a lie and he actually did get it unlocked illegally and just wanted to get more money.

That plaintiff was such a liar. I didn't believe a word he said and JM didn't think much of him either.

Then he whined to Curt in the hallway.

Yes it was. It boggles my mind that he felt justified in keeping the phone AND the money. I loved how we found out he never even brought the phone back.
