Undoubtedly the most entertaining case so far this season, and the judge even remarked on how bizarre it was.
BTW, did anyone else notice the stack of porn DVDs in the plaintiff's evidence photo? Seems the black plaintiff, suing his psycho black ex-girlfriend, was into white women. ;-)
By far the best episode ever! I'm crossing my fingers that someone uploads it to YouTube so I can share it with others! Wow! I was giddy the entire case! lol!
Robotron2084 + Super Mario Brothers = Supermario2084
I hope JM and Douglas had Purell handy. I wouldn't have touched that computer if I were JM. That defendent was the craziest litigant I've ever seen. Curt asked her if what happened is what a disturbed person would do and she replied it depended on the circumstances (in so many words). Guilty as sin that one!

Ha, I had the same thought. And I'm pretty sure that actually crossed Judge Milian's mind from the way she looked at it. I expected her to put on gloves.
I do give the judge credit for not getting nasty with the plaintiff about bringing that evidence, or even saving it in the first place.
It didn't take long for anyone observing the defendant to realize that she was crazy as a June bug-- even the people with her looked more like they were there to watch over her rather than back up her story, such as it was.
So I think Milian realized that the plaintiff was truly freaked out by the defendant's, er, crazy s***, to a point where he couldn't believe it himself when he discovered it.
He was so bent out of shape that he felt he had to go to extreme lengths to preserve the evidence because it was so crazy and disgusting that he thought no one would believe him without proof.

Eww, I'd think the pictures of feces everywhere were sufficient proof. I tend to look away when they show evidence pictures, because it's usually dog bite injuries or something just as gruesome that I don't want to see. But I was caught unprepared this time and ended up seeing pictures I really didn't want to see.
BTW, since I'm mentioning visual evidence, am I the only one who pauses the video whenever they show close-ups of contracts or police reports? I love reading that stuff!
I do that as well. Especially if it's text messages or letters written by one of the parties. Oh and doctors reports. You can find some interesting stuff in those.
