US Polo Assn.

A plaintiff sued his dry cleaner for ruining his US Polo Assn. jacket, which was a gift from his son. He claimed this was Ralph Lauren and the judge was unfamiliar with it to know that US Polo Assn. is a cheap knock-off of Ralph Lauren. He said he thought the jacket probably cost $500. It probably cost $40. At the end, Harvey explained that Ralph Lauren didn't pay for the jacket...Umm, b/c it's not Ralph Lauren. This gave me a good chuckle.

I'm watching that case now- I want to scream to the judge that they are two totally different brands. Ralph Lauren would be upset if he heard this :)
