Teenage cyclist no helmet wrong way is completely in the wrong!

1: he IS NOT TO ride on the sidewalk, he is part of the flow of traffic. [his diagram shows him doing this.]

2: he does NOT KNOW IF HE HAS A STOP SIGN OR NOT??? --judgment for the defendant right then and there.

3: juveniles without helmets... parents fault, even though the parent is not there/doesn't need to be there.

4: wrong way. srsly, nearly every cyclist rides the wrong way AND THIS IS THE REASON WHY! you can't see traffic signals/signs. AUTOMATICALLY WRONG1
