Wow, that woman was something.

-She's known for a year that she's not allowed to rent the property as a commercial venue.
-She still contracts with people to hold weddings and other events there, and her contracts make it seem like it's just people renting to stay there because she clearly knows she's not allowed to rent it as a commercial venue.
-The town sends her a cease and desist notice a few weeks before the wedding, but she's still trying to get them to have it there.
-She wanted Judge Milian to stop the Plaintiffs from getting involved in the case the town has against her for her illegal renting practices.

Real piece of work that woman was. Sneaky from the start. Interesting case though.

I was amused by the defendant's request for a gag order. Tell them they must not talk to the town's lawyer because her case was still pending.

Instead, MM told the plaintiffs, "Put it on Facebook! Before I do!"

Good stuff.
