Harvey (9/1/16 Rerun)

Those of us who watch TPC with any kind of regularity have seen how Harvey talks with members of the "audience" on the street, and asks for their OPINIONS regarding the cases. Did anyone catch the rerun from yesterday (9/1/16)? He completely called a girl out for "getting it wrong," when he merely asked for her OPINION! I was shocked that he would actually call someone out like that. Very unprofessional. Has he ever done this before? After catching a few moments of TMZ here and there, I haven't exactly been a Harvey fan, but after this, my opinion of him just dropped a few more points.

Thoughts?

Yeah, I've seen way too much of weaselly little Harvey's post-case shtick over the years, and I was also struck by this point-blank putdown.

I don't know if it rises to "crossing a line", but it was harsher than his occasional teasing or eye-rolling.

I wonder if he realized it as soon as it came out of his mouth, because I noticed he tried to clean it up as he was throwing it back to the courtroom by saying that the girl was charming.

It stood out to me. FWIW, as mentioned I've seen him react negatively to some of the responses he gets, but usually with an incredulous or mildly sarcastic snappy comeback.

Yes I did and afterwards he did tell her that she was still very charming, so as to make himself look like less of an ass. But her response was originally my response as well. She had a huge grin on her face, so I doubt she really cared too much.

Harvey's a bit of a clown. I can't even take the promos for TMZ. TMZ makes Maury Povich's show or Jerry Springer's show look like Masterpiece Theatre.
