stop saying you are sorry to EVERYONE everytime he says he is sorry it is putting the court into a weaker position

It's not like the loser can appeal. :-)

"Sorry about that" is just his way of getting rid of a litigant. That's usually the last thing they hear before he dismisses them to go sign some documents.

Curt used to just look at the camera and say, "Harvey?"
