It's not OK to say retard, but, I know I shouldn't say this, but in "There's something about Mary" when Matt Damon says "my passion is that I work with retards" and Cameron Diaz asks "isn't that politically incorrect?", I've always found that hilarious. I think it's because even though Matt uses the word retard, he also says it's his passion and that he loves them. Now he used the word retard in a mean hateful way like " why do iI have to be around those damn retards!?", then I would NOT be laughing. Sometimes it's not the words you use, but just your attitude about it.
