1) During the presentation at the beginning, the GORGONITES were only shown as sketches, while there was already a CHIP HAZARD toy.
2) Did ALAN's dad actually say "Thank you" after he brought him the ticket?
3) How does HAZARD know that NICK NITRO has a chip in his head? And how does he know how to use it to bring other toys to life?
4) ARCHER re-plays the audio of ALAN telling him not to say a word. I don't remember anyone explaining that he or any of the toys had that ability. Do they record every single thing they hear? I mean, it's not like he knew he had to start recording for later. Also, why doesn't ALAN say "Well, I take it back" and show him to his parents again?
5) When the dolls are on CHRISTY, her feet are tied, but her hands are free. I get that she's scared, but it takes her forever to use them. And when ALAN goes to rescue her, he also doesn't use his arms.
6) HAZARD says that a gentleman and a soldier shouldn't hit a lady... but he and the other COMMANDOES have no problem attacking CHRISTY.
7) When ALAN sees CHRISTY's parents, he assumes they're just asleep. Why? He knows the kind of villains he's dealing with. He should've checked to see if they were alive. Actually, why not try to wake them up so they can help him?
8) How did HAZARD know that the toys would be in the truck? Also, I'm pretty sure that CHRISTY and her family weren't in ALAN's house for that long before the arrival of the truck. How did it get there so fast? And how did HAZARD found the time and resources to build all of their weapons (not all of them seemed to be made from CHRISTY's dad's stuff)?
9) The GORGONITES and the COMMANDOES have their chips in their heads, so why are the chips implanted in the dolls' chest?
10) ALAN tells his dad that, despite how dangerous the plan, he's the only one who can do it. Is he really?
11) CHRISTY makes it clear for ALAN that she wants a relationship with him. What about the boyfriend? She thinks it's OK to dump him for running away? He wasn't being a coward; he was under attack. He's never shown again, so maybe he went to get help but help never came since nobody believed him. Even if he was a coward, that doesn't give CHRISTY the right to cheat on him and decide she's already ready for a new boyfriend. At least talk to him first!
12) Why does HAZARD, after defeating ARCHER at the powerline pole, throw his knife? Is it supposed to be a sign of victory? Even if it is, he wasn't done with ALAN yet.
13) ALAN finds the GORGONITES underneath the satellite dish. Why does ARCHER pretend to be broken by not saying anything and then by repeating his phrase over and over?

1. Larry likely already had the Chip toy made for the presentation and the Gorgonites hadn't been made, yet.

2. I can't remember, been a while since I last watched the film.

3. Perhaps inside the X-1000 chip there's schematics of the Commandos' internal systems that show it? That's actually a good point.

4. I think they have the ability programmed, didn't Joe the delivery man mention something like it earlier on when he sold Alan the first shipment? Again, don't remember 100% but I recall something like it was mentioned. About Alan not trying to convince his parents more of it, guess it's just a plothole.

5. Christy was probably scared and in shock and too much so to act. Don't forget the Commandos also had weapons like flamethrowers on them and could easily turn them on her to make her comply. Yes, that was stupid of Alan, much like how he asks her if she's okay when her mouth is duct-taped shut and she can't answer.

6. Chip is a self-righteous hypocrite.

7. Good point. Guess he was more concerned with getting to Chrisy in time. Also don't forget after Christy was untied, they both headed downstairs when the Commandos using their vehicles to attack them, forcing them to escape elsewhere out of the home.

8. Likely another plothole. How the Commandos kitbashed all those weapons and attack vehicles in such a short period of time (and so quietly to boot) is a mystery. I figure Chip knew the location and directions of the Abernathy and Fimple homes well enough to remember how to get back.

9. I guess it had to do with the design. Don't forget the Commandos and Gorgonites have their heads sculpted and designed in a way that allows for the chips to be implanted in them. With the Gwendy dolls I guess the chips were placed there for practicality reasons.

10. Perhaps another plothole. The other human characters were under siege during the Commandos' assault and perhaps couldn't get to the electrical transformer.

11. A hanging plot thread that went unanswered. Perhaps it was to be followed up on in the sequel that never happened?

12. Hazard is arrogant and overconfident, two traits that were a definite weakness.

13) How? Did ARCHER think that the COMMANDOES somehow turned ALAN evil?

I don't think so, they were just being cautious.

Of what? It was ALAN the one he was talking to.

If you remember when Alan said the Commandos were fried that was the confirmation they'd been defeated so that well may have been Archer's way of being careful until he knew for sure the Commandos were no more.

Got a few questions.

1) What happened to the Abernathy's Cat. (Seen in several scenes including the final showdown), Did it happen to survive the climax?

2) Where did the Abernathy's & The Fimples go at the end of the film since their houses were destroyed.

1. The cat defintely survived, Christy's younger brother is seen holding it near the end.

2. They probably stayed at motels or something until they got their new homes. It looks like the Abernathys at least were in a mobile home going by the one seen at the very end.
