How many kids did they have ? I have tried to count each time I've watched it and I lose track every time. I know they had at least 4...plus, did you notice that when Megan is dancing with Joe as the credits are rolling, she's pregnant again? Interesting side note.
I also tried to count -- thought they had five.
And, yes, she did appear pregnant.
They had five, with the sixth child on the way in the end credits. If you pay attention to the credits, just count all the kids with the same last name (I forget what it is-- Dayton?). Adam, Karson, Tyler, Laura, and Austin.

The kids had the same last name in the movie. In real life, however, they are not related. Bonnie Hunt did use their real first names to avoid confusion, however.

She was pregnant at the end.. (aside from looking it) there were many signs, like the fact that she was leaning back slightly and holding her back (a pregnant pose) and when Joe and she started to dance, he placed his hand on her stomach in that... pregancy/father thing..
