On the DVD commentary, Bonnie Hunt said that in the scene where Bob storms into an office or boardroom at the Lincoln Park Zoo none of those three "suits" were actors. One of the two guys sitting at the desk is her husband (at that time) and the other is a friend she called Menachem. She also named the man who was standing up behind those two, but I didn't catch that name.

Another sister is the nurse taking Graces vitals at her doctors appointment.
Her brother is one of the guys working in Bob's construction crew.
Megan & Joe's kids are an assortment of nieces, nephews and kids of close friends.
