The plot sounded more than familiar. I "saw" this before, but the main actors didn't sound right. And, I was right.

Interesting...none of the TZ writers were credited as part of RTM, so apparently it was deemed coincidental rather than derivative.
With that said, I loved TZ and find it interesting that Paul Le Mat from American Graffiti was the male lead of that TZ episode...I'll have to check that out.
Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?
