Did she transfer, retire, get killed?

According to the movie she went back to work at the morgue as deputy medical examiner

That's the official story. The true story is that she overestimated her worth to MIB and making salary demands along the lines of what K and J were getting. Just to prove she wasn't that important, Amblin - er.. MIB neuralized her and sent her back to the morgue.
