When I watched this film I thought it was such an abortion... but some ideas in it had the potential to be half decent, much like the recent half-baked Indy film.

The whole idea of the 're-neurolizer' or whatever it was called was expanded upon and more integal to the plot... what if when Tommy Lee Jones was re-neurolized it unlocked an 'secret' memory that had been erased in order to cover something up from back in his career as an MIB agent... dastardly conspiracy unwinds and you have MIIIB

I actually came buy here to see what Ideas people were throwing around for MIIIB, But it would have had to have been something that he wanted to hide from the MIB and from himself. He would have to doubt his memory till he finds the truth, also I think they need to go to a mother ship or another Planet in the third one.
