if your going to be all atheist about .. just take it as a great sci fi
movie thats it.

I agree. You don't have to believe in God for this to be a good movie. Its not about that. Its about a man's love for his wife and what he is willing to go through to be with her.

God has nothing to do with good or bad films.

I thought this was adapted nicely,but R.Williams was miscast with Annabelle.

Wow... Just because you're an atheist doesn't mean you can't appreciate great works of art. There is no god, but that's not stopping me from knowing Dante's "Divine Comedy", the Sistine Chapel and (to a lesser extent) this film aren't amazing works of human expression.
