Miller and his squad - were they Army Rangers?
Were they Army Rangers? The film doesn't really seem to go that in depth regarding this, especially if they were members of an elite military outfit such as the US Army Rangers
shareThey were from the 2d Ranger Battalion. I agree the film didn’t dwell on it but, they were wearing the unit patch and helmet insignia for the time and they were pretty high speed in how they got themselves off the beach.
