I Had an Idea Like This Once . . .

I hadn't seen this movie or even heard about it when I came up with the idea. Except my idea wasn't for a drama, it would have been a comedy in the vain of Shadow of the Vampire. And it would have included a sword fight between Orson Welles and William Randal Hearst. It would have also shown Welles watch Stagecoach a bunch of times and after each showing he would have clapped the same way that Kane does at Susan's opera in Citizen Kane.

A bizarre idea, I know, but I'm kind of a bizarre person.

Sounds cool, but why would he clap that way? He LOVED Stagecoach. I can't say that Kane truly loved Susan's performance.
