"You know how this city feels about corrupt cops" Does Chicago really?
The prosecutor in the movie says "You know how this city feels about corrupt cops. I can get a conviction with my eyes closed."
I am wondering if Chicago is really like that. I live in Canada where it's difficult to prosecute a corrupt cop. But I suppose if the cop murdered his partner, and there was evidence to it, it might be easy. But even getting a search warrant on a cop, I think would be hard, to find the evidence, like they did in the movie.
I was wondering if Chicago is actually like that and much more open to prosecuting corrupt police?
