If you are a fan of Crime/Drama's (i.e. The Godfather's 1 & 2, Scarface, Casino, etc.), you'd have to love this movie as a parody. I think it's just the IMDb nit-wits who are perfectionists that are responsible for this low rating. They just don't have a sense of humor. Who is with me?

I'm totally with you. I thought this movie was excellent, and having studies the gangster genre I appreciated it way more than I would perhaps otherwise have done.

This movie is hilarious.
I LOVE the silly sense of humour of the Top Gun/Naked Gun/Airplane movies, and this one was JUST like those movies.
And it was even more fun as im a fan of gangster movies.
The funeral scene alone.....with the horse and the vomit makes the film a DVD purchase alone.
It's a film aimed at 5 year olds and imbeciles.

I really don't understand why isn't this movie up there with Airplane and Hot Shots at least in the ratings. I found it to be just as funny if not more. Sometimes I just can't believe the people's ratings... And you gotta trust them 'cause they reflect the whole's taste and not just an IMDB's squeme. I love this movie and no 4.7 is gonna change that...

People who don't like this movie are the kids who worship 'comedians' like Will Ferrel and Vince Vaughn. This movie is a perfect example of when comedy's were actually funny.
