Original language?
It says on imbd that this is in English and French. Somehow i only seem to find an Italian version.
Could anyone please tell me what language the original version is in?

I think you're mixing up 2 films;
"The legend of 1900" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120731/)
and
"1900" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074084/)
"1900" is called novecento and filmed in Italian but even though "The Legend of 1900" was directed by Giuseppe Tornatore and based on a stage monologue called novecento it was filmed in English.

Yeah, I guess that's the main source of confusion really.
The original title of the movie is in italian, but the movie itself is almost completely in english (french is limited to like a few sentences, at most).
