I had thought I remember seeing this movie when my dad borrowed it from netflix, but I checked, they don't seem to have it...

I liked this movie a lot, but I don't remember it very well.I'd like to rent it again...How did you get to see it?

I read "TIM ROTH" in the info when it was on IFC, not knowing it was at the time I thought "hey must be good?" I was correct.

I remember seeing it on Showtime awhile back. Then again, this was last summer, so who knows if they'll show it again. I only caught the end of it when it was airing and that's what led me to check this movie out. I was blown away of course.

I saw it on a Navy Vessel back in 2003.

I never caught the name and finally tracked it down last month (I obviously wasn't looking too hard) and watched it again. Great movie.

I rented it from Blockbuster yesterday. My sister also found it at a Blockbuster (in a different city).

I really enjoyed this film for its originality.
I really liked 1900's reasoning using the word "infinity" to describe his impression of land, and for not leaving his ship.

I saw if for the first time last night and WOW! I was amazed! What a magnificent film -Tim Roth and Pruitt Vince were the best. The scene towards the end where Roth is talking to Vince has me in tears. What a great film. How did I miss this?

My partner and I found this film in our local HMV store yesterday, we watched the film in bed last night and thought it was wonderful, very moving.

I'll trade with anyone who has a jaccuzzi!!!!

i remember watching this movie a decade ago, when I was a decade younger (not even on my teens yet).

and I remember loving it.

might have to watch it again though, to see if anything changed :) (with me, not the movie)

caught it by chance late night british tv bbc2 i think and then spent several years of lazily looking for it

My office landlord had a closed video store in our strip center and I found it while going thru his inventory. I went home and watched the VHS and really enjoyed it. This was 2007!

a few years back I ran across the piano duel while channel surfing and was mesmerized. Had to find it, and it is one of the best things I have ever viewed
