shareApparently for each of those days someone went missing Fleming was "in the bush" which is circumstantial evidence he is the culprit. I suspect "in the bush" refers to areas such as in the country or out of the city but am unsure how the detectives knew he was "in the bush" at those particular times. Also "inculcate," I had to look it up. You must be a master at crossword puzzles.

Inculcate is not the right word here. I think rbnn was going for Implicate or Incriminate but used Inculcate instead.
Inculcate means to instill habits into someone. The right words would be along the lines of Implicate or Incriminate
