Though I do admit H20 definitely lacks the Halloween feel to it.
Many who dislike the film just may not be fans of 90's teen horror, and that's understandable.

I'm a fan of 90's teen horror but I'm also a fan of the original Halloween film. And 80's slashers.

The original Halloween will always be my favorite of the series. There really isn't a Halloween film that I hate, just a couple with certain aspects I don't like.

80's slashers are the best! The early 80's slashers especially rule.

Definitely not as atmospheric and suspenseful as any of the previous - far less appreciated - installments, but it's an entertaining and well-done movie. Overall, H20 is very good for a teen-oriented Michael Myers movie. :)
