The mortuary assistant threw up..REALLY??

I found this scene where the mortuary boss and his assistants both threw up because of the level of mutilation, to be over the top and a bit silly. They see people like this every day-especially after accidents. Just found it stood out as being daft.
The blood never looked real in any of the scenes in this movie anyway-it looked a little too pale.

One must take into account the time period, where training for positions where not as intense as they are today. The threshold for getting that job back then was probably pretty low. Also while over the top I think the intention was to show that the mutilation and organ removal was above and beyond what they normally saw.
