Writing on the wall in Frida's house

It's the writing from her self-portrait PELO CORTO, 1940
(CROPPED HAIR, 1940). I believe it's a verse from a song.

Diego loved her long hair especially braided up in ribbons.
After Frida found out about the affair with her sister, Christina,
and after her divorce from Diego, Frida cut-off the hair
which Diego loved so much in a way of renouncing her femeninity
and expressing her freedom. I don't think the real Frida actually
wrote that on her wall. In the movie, the directore tells Frida's
life through the paintings (as I'm sure you saw). This is just
one of those parts in the movie where the painting is telling
the story (Genius, if you ask me).


It reads:
"Mira que si te quise, fue por el pelo.
Ahora que estas polona, ya no te quiero".


Translation:
"See, if I loved you, it was for your hair.
Now that your hair is cut-off, I don't love you anymore".
