I mean Fox does X-Men good with Singer and Company in control but not good with FF.
Id say Marvel should get the rights to FF back and we can have Galactus in the MCU and Silver Surfer.

I want Bryan Singer or the director of "The Wolverine" (not "X-MEN Origins: Wolverine") to direct a "Fantastic Four" movie produced by 20th Century Fox because if they made X-MEN work with a serious tone they can perfectly do the same to "Fantastic Four" as well as tying it into the Fox Marvel Universe (FMU).

Nobody wants Fox to make another FF movie. Even Fox doesn't want to make anymore, they just don't want to hand over a potentially lucrative property back to Marvel/Disney. Though honestly, after the last FF movie bombed so badly, it would really be in their best interest to make a deal for the rights.
