Looks like a bull... Ha ha ha!
shareI thought Danielle was supposed to be a butterfly. The makeup on her face looked like the shape of butterfly wings, and from what I remember, the overall theme for the ball seemed to be animals. (Marg. was a peacock, Jaqueline & Laurent were horses, and there was a person with deer antlers in the crowd shots)
If that were the case, then Rodmilla might have been a bull, like goodgirl said. If not, then maybe she was some kind of devil?
Danielle was a bird.
Danielle: A fish may love a bird, signore, but where would they live?
DaVinci: Then I shall have to make you wings!
Hmm, the film's lead makeup artist says in her blog that Danielle's wings are supposed to be butterfly wings: (http://kimgreenemakeup.blogspot.com/2011/08/drew-barrymore-in-ever-after-getting.html)
Drew loves butterflies and wanted me to paint a butterfly on her face to go with the butterfly wings on her dress made by Leonardo in the script.
Woah, I always figured she was meant to be an Angel

OMG... almost 20yrs i been watching this movie and didnt get this stuff right??
I never realized it was an animal thing, nor that she was a bird... i thought she Danielle was supposed to be a fairy. i know she says "a bird can love a fish, but where would they live"... "then i shall make you wings"... but that would make her a fish, not a bird! lol
The horns did look bullihs on rodmilla lol

Yeah growing up we always thought Danielle was a bird. And I assume in a movie inside joke way that Rodmilla was a Goat. (old goat)...
