1. Manny and Gypsy are left-handed. When the Blueberries come in asking for autographs, everyone else signs with their right hands.
2. In the bar scene, right as Flik walks in, there is a piano in the backround playing a song. (Listen to the "music only" audio track on the DVD.) This song is "Shoo Fly Don't Bother Me".
I know that at the very beginning of that scene, someone requests "I Know and Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly." I don't have a DVD-copy, though; I'm stuck with a VHS. I am waiting for the Blu-ray before I pay for the DVD, though I fear it will be very late in coming or not at all since it seems to take the back-burner amongst seemingly all Pixar discussions.

So it would correlate nicely if the song really is, "Shoo, Fly, Don't Bother Me'.
