I always thought this film was amazing, and I could never understand the disdain for it. I think the main problem was that it had to follow Toy Story, and then was sandwiched between both the TS movies, so it kind of gets forgotten between them.
I don't understand though, this film is at least a million times better than Cars and the like. To this day I can't find anything wrong with it.

Whilst I prefer the two Toy Story films, this was a great movie. It is in my opinion underrated, and I agree it is better than Cars, which I kind of like but I still think Cars is Pixar's worst.

This is indeed a very underrated effort even though I think it's Pixar's best work next to the Toy Story films. It will always have a designation though of being the first CGI movie to do a spoof of bloopers in its end credits.
