I never got it when I was a kid but now I'm just wondering, doesn't it mean Bring Your Own Beer?

or it could be "Bring You Own Bottle".

Yes... it means bring your own beer. Or bottle. It doesn't really matter, as he was just throwing out initialisms to make it sound more "top secret"-y.
