Claire Danes - great scene 'I didn't do it!'

I absolutely loved this scene, whe Darlene's father is outside of the prison, visiting her daughter, and then telling her that he will get her out of there. And then, when he speaks to Alice (Claire Danes), he basically tirades her about how she has lied her whole life, and that she should just say she "didn't do it"....

and while the camera just sits on Claire's face...she yells "I DIDN'T DO IT".

POWERFUL SCENE...

Have to agree. Great tense moment with lots of emotional power.

I love that scene, and how she bangs on the damn cage after shouting for effect to show her frustration. I hated how Darlene's father chose *then* to give the "I-told-you-so-and-I-knew-you-were-bad-all-along" speech.

Proud to be one of the Joker's wild cards.

It was powerful. I like the look on her face before she says it. And that scene is another reason why I think all these people saying she did do it are wrong. It's made powerful by the fact that she is the type of person who has always been seen as the bad girl, always assumed to be guily, but in this one situation was not.

i'm sure you'd be yelling "you didn't do it" too if you were stuck in a prison like that and your face wouldn't look that pretty either! put yourself in her shoes.

Their friends visited them in the prison too, later in the film. I really doubt they'd be going all the way to Thailand to visit their friends in jail. Bulls**t.
