1) DArlene did it - she did say at the end I know you didnt do it alice and she looked awfully stunned in the court room when alice confessed. She was also naive- she signed a document she could not read
2)Alice did it - she confessed. We don;t know how her chance meeting at the market with the smuggler ended.
3) Neither girl did it - they were set up. Maybe the guy putting their bags in the taxi added the drugs
